NY Times - 5/4/2018 - Natalie Kitroeff - The Labor Department released its April hiring and unemployment report on Friday, providing the latest snapshot of the economy.The Numbers - The unemployment rate was 3.9 percent, the lowest rate since 2000 and a sign that the job market has become even more competitive.
