Business owners see big things under Trump, but they don't plan to add the jobs he wants

CNBC - 6/9/2017 - Jon Cohen - Small businesses have accounted for about two-thirds of all net new jobs since the 1970s.
A new CNBC/SurveyMonkey Small Business Survey shows that a majority of small-business owners don't plan to create full-time jobs in the next 12 months. Reluctance to add full-time positions comes even though small-business owners are bullish on their revenue outlook. One reason for the disconnect: Only 38 percent of small-business owners expect regulatory changes under President Trump to improve their bottom line.
