Business owners see big things under Trump, but they don't plan to add the jobs he wants

A new CNBC/SurveyMonkey Small Business Survey shows that a majority of small-business owners don't plan to create full-time jobs in the next 12 months. Reluctance to add full-time positions comes even though small-business owners are bullish on their revenue outlook.
