MarketWatch - 4/14/2017 - Steve Goldstein - Disappointments on both inflation and retail sales for March might give reason for Federal Reserve officials to think twice about their plan to ratchet up rates as many as three more times this year. Consumer prices in March fell for the first time in 13 months, and retail sales had the worst two-month stretch in two years, according to data released by the government.
