Consumer Reports Names Best Airlines In The U.S. --And How To Nab Cheap Seats

Forbes - 3/16/2018 - Jeanne O'Brien Coffey - Readers of Consumer Reports are a pretty good group for judging the quality of things – they do subscribe to CR after all. The Westchester, N.Y., evaluator of everything from blenders to sports cars surveyed 55,000 of its readers on what airlines are the best among domestic carriers. This group took almost 107,000 flights among various classes from summer 2016 to summer 2017 and offered data on coach class of 11 carriers and the premium classes of five. Those results are typically just available to Consumer Reports subscribers, but the publication has provided them to me for publication.
