Forbes - 5/3/2018 - Liz Ryan - Dear Liz, - I applied for a job back in December. I had a phone interview and then I got an email message saying, "no thanks." It didn't bother me. I was glad they got back to me instead of ghosting me. I heard from the same company again in March. They had another position they were interested in interviewing me for. I met them in person.
