The Caller ID is faked to make it look like the call is coming from AT&T customer service, and the automated phone call says the was an issue with internet service due to a security breach. You're asked to press a button to talk to a representative. Experts say if you do that, you'll likely put your number on a future call list. Consumer officials say hang up.
