Dozens fall victim to pool scamming contractor

WZVN-HD ABC 7 - 11/10/2017 - David Hodges - After an NBC2 Investigation revealed a pool company was walking away from jobs and leaving customers tens of thousands of dollars in the hole, more than a dozen people have come forward also claiming to be victims of Sand Dollar Pool and Spa. The continued investigation turned up dozens of failed inspections, liens placed on customers’ homes by subcontractors, forged signatures used to apply for permits and fraudulent advertising to lure new customers.
