Consumer experts warn against new way card data can be breached at pumps

10TV.com - 1/3/2019 - Cierra Johnson - With a new year brings new scams. Consumer experts are warning card holders about a scam that could impact those at the gas pump. Kip Morse with the Better Business Bureau said the new trend is called "shimming" and takes the act of credit card skimming a step further. Like skimming, shimming places a device inside the pump.
