Attorney General warns online puppy scams reported in Ohio

WHIOTV - 5/11/2017 - Breaking News Staff - COLUMBUS — Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine recently warned consumers this week to beware of online puppy scams where sellers take money for puppies they never deliver. Con artists post pictures online advertising desirable breeds, but never provide the puppy.
