Chicago Tribune - 6/21/2017 - Danielle Braff - A few weeks ago, Candace Keene believed she'd struck gold in the rental market. The 31-year-old senior recruiter for a marketing agency spotted a three-bedroom, single-family home in the Andersonville neighborhood listed on Craigslist for $1,800 per month — about $1,000 less than she expected to pay. "My thought was, 'Wow, this is a great deal,'" Keene said of the rental. "'Maybe it hasn't been on the market for a while, or maybe they don't know what the market is.'"
