FTC has consumers’ interest in forefront fighting scams
Cleveland Jewish News - 1/24/2018 - Alyssa Schmitt - Receiving a call from an unknown number and hearing a recording announce an all-expense paid cruise ship is a familiar occurrence for some individuals. In 2016, data collected by the Federal Trade Commission showed the Cleveland metropolitan area made 9,368 complaints of fraud or other consumer complaints like a telephone scam.
